The Accessible Auto Co. Ltd was founded by two friends, David Kennedy and David Rhodes, after years of working within the wheelchair accessible vehicle industry and elite customer focussed environments.
Throughout our journey, we saw first-hand the shortcomings within the industry. Too often, customers were guided towards vehicles that didn’t truly meet their needs — with the focus placed on completing a sale rather than delivering the right solution.
Even more concerning, we saw how many customers were left feeling unsupported once the sale was complete — with little to no aftercare, leaving them stranded without guidance or help when they needed it most.
